HASHBROWN HAMBURGER HOT DISH 
8 oz. frozen hashbrowns
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese
1 can French fried onions

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass baking pan with thawed hash browns. Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Place on top of hashbrowns. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle vegetables over hamburger.

Mix soup and milk; pour over top of hamburger, vegetables and hashbrowns. Place slices of cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour or until cheese is melted. Remove foil and sprinkle fried onions on top. Return to oven with heat off for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
