brisket
1 bottle chili sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Coca-Cola
1 chopped onion
pureed jalapenos to taste

Mix ingredients. Use volume of Coca-Cola that will come up halfway the side of the brisket (when it is in the pan). Foil line the baking pan. Place brisket in pan and pour mixture over brisket. Lay foil on top of brisket and fold together with bottom foil to completely seal the brisket with the liquid mixture.

Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes per pound of brisket.
