TWO TONE FUDGE (PINWHEELS) 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt peanut butter chips with 1 can condensed milk. Pour into large cookie sheet, lined with foil (buttered or sprayed with non stick spray). Cool for at least 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips with 1 can condensed milk. Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over cooled peanut butter mixture. Cool 30 minutes. Roll lengthwise like a jelly roll. Cool in refrigerator. Slice when needed.
