CARAMEL FLUFF ICING 
3 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked angel food cake, frozen at least 24 hours

Stir cream, sugar, and vanilla together and chill at least 1 1/2 hours. Slice slightly thawed angel food cake into 3 layers. Whip cream mixture until thickened and of spreading consistency. Frost layers and sides of cake. If desired, crushed English toffee candy bars may be added to the cream mixture before frosting.
