CINNAMON APPLESAUCE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. applesauce
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/4 cup cold water. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until set. Dissolve other package Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Blend in applesauce, sour cream and cinnamon. Chill until mixture thickens. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm. Serves 12 to 15.
