QUICK CHICKEN AND RICE | |
3 lb. chicken parts, skinned 1 box (2 pkgs.) dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 c. rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 c. milk Roll chicken parts in 1 package of dry onion soup mix until well coated. Place in a 9x13-inch pan. Heat and mix together rice, soups, drained mushrooms and milk. Pour mixture over chicken and sprinkle remaining package of onion soup mix over top.
