QUICK CHICKEN AND RICE 
3 lb. chicken parts, skinned
1 box (2 pkgs.) dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. milk

Roll chicken parts in 1 package of dry onion soup mix until well coated. Place in a 9x13-inch pan. Heat and mix together rice, soups, drained mushrooms and milk. Pour mixture over chicken and sprinkle remaining package of onion soup mix over top. Cover and bake at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours.
