YAM CRUNCH 
3 c. yams, boiled, mashed
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. white sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together while yams are hot. Pour into 8x14 inch casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and cover yam mixture. Cook 30 minutes at 325 degrees. If topping browns too fast, cut temperature to 300 degrees.
