1 sm. Cool Whip
1 sm. box Jello (strawberry or raspberry)
1 lg. cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well

Sprinkle dry Jello on cottage cheese. Add pineapple and mix; fold in Cool Whip. Serve cold. (Can substitute orange or lime Jello.)
