Blend on high 15 seconds.

3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. baking mix
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Add and blend on high 2 minutes.

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes and softened

Pour into greased 9 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until center is set. Cool and spread with fruit pie filling if desired.
