1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, softened

Crush cookies, put 1/2 in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish or pan. Beat together soft butter and soft cream cheese. Add 10X sugar and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat until smooth. Add to cream cheese mix. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cookie crumbs in pan. Top with remaining cookie crumbs and chill.
