1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Cream together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix pudding mix with milk. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Add to cream cheese mixture. Crush Oreo cookies. Put half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or dish. Pour in pudding mixture. Put other half of Oreo cookies on top.
