In double boiler, melt:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows (1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. milk

Mix well, until all melted together. Serve warm. Can be made thicker or thinner by adding more or less milk.
