TWICE BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
Peel and boil potatoes (1 medium per person) and mash. Add milk. Whip with rotary beater until fluffy.

Add:

Add: 1 finely chopped onion (med. size) Salt and pepper

Whip all together. Put in greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
