CHARLOTTE'S SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs
2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained baby food (peaches)
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt

Put ribs (meat side up) in shallow foil lined baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour off fat. Then pour sauce over ribs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Basting several times. Do not cover ribs.
