LAYERED JELLO MOLD 
2 env. (four 1/2 cup servings) low-calorie lemon flavored gelatin
8 oz. container Weight Watchers Cream Cheese Spread
2 c. nondairy whipped topping
2 env. (four 1/2 cup servings) low-calorie lime flavored gelatin
2 c. canned crushed pineapple (no sugar added), drained

Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 2 cups of hot water. Add 14 large ice cubes and let it gel just a little. Beat whipped topping and cream cheese spread together until smooth. Add to the lemon gelatin, blending well, and pour into 13x9 pan. Chill until set.

Make the lime gelatin with 2 cups of hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. Add the pineapple and pour over the set lemon gelatin mixture. Chill until set. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
