OVEN BAKED PANCAKES WITH SAUSAGE 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted shortening
2 (8 oz.) pkg. precooked sausage links

Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add milk. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add dry ingredients and shortening to egg mixture. Beat until batter is smooth. Pour into two greased 8-inch round cake pans.

Arrange sausage links on batter, spoke fashion. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut each pancake into 5 wedges; serve hot with butter and syrup. Yield: 8 servings.
