ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. dry onion mix
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon rind or 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pack into large loaf pan. Spread additional 1/2 cup tomato sauce on top.

Bake at 300°F for 60-90 minutes.

Note: Do not add any extra salt to meat loaf.
