SYDNEY'S HOMEMADE HOT SAUCE | |
1 can of Rotel original diced tomatoes and green chilies 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. pure ginger 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1/4 tsp. Creole seasoning 2 onions, chopped Get a small pot and set the fire on low. Open Rotel and pour into pot. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add spices in the order given. At this point, the sauce should be steaming. Chop the onions and add them to the pot. Let the sauce simmer for around 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
