DEVILED CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. olive oil for frying
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can sliced mushrooms
Dab of garlic powder

Fry chicken quickly, don't wait for it to brown. Remove from pan, add onions to the remaining oil and fry until brown. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to the onions. Simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken and cook 1 hour.
