1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drained)
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello (or other flavor)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with electric beaters until thoroughly mixed. Chill. (Also, can be served immediately if running behind, as Aunt Joy does sometimes.)
