SZECHUAN CHICKEN SOUP 
3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
3 soup cans water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. oriental noodles with chicken flavor, broken up
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
3 c. frozen cubed cooked chicken
2 med. apples, cored & coarsely chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, cut-up
4 scallions, bias sliced into 1 1/2-inch pieces

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, stir together chicken broth, water, noodles flavoring packet and red pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in chicken, apples, pea pods and scallions. Return to boiling. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
