2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, salt and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Fold egg whites into mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F.
