TACO DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. more less Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped (optional)

Brown beef and drain. Add seasoning and tomato. Simmer until tomatoes are slightly mushy. In a glass cake pan place cream cheese in a layer on the bottom. Cover with beef mixture. Then Cheddar cheese. Microwave on high until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
