PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix. Roll into balls, place in ungreased baking dish, 8"x8"x2".

Mix remaining ingredients, pour over balls and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
