MELT AWAY FUDGE 
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove from heat - do not boil. Beat eggs and then slowly add powdered sugar and beat well. It should be smooth and creamy. Add chocolate mixture and beat well. Add vanilla, beat well and stir in nuts.

Line 9 inch square pan with wax paper; butter the paper well. Pour mixture into pan and let set at room temperature for a few hours, or refrigerate for an hour, until firm.
