GARDEN POTATO SALAD 
2 and 1/2 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced radishes
5 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 and 1/2 c. mayonnaise or mayotype salad dressing mixed with 1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. If desired, 2 of the hard cooked eggs can be reserved to use as a garnish.
