KUGEL (Noodle Pudding) 
1 lb. broad noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. creamed cottage cheese
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
Corn flake crumbs

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9x13 pan greased with butter. Sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes if using 1 pan (thicker kugel). Use 2 pcans for thinner kugel, bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Freezes well.
