AUDREY'S CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken (3 breasts), cubed
1 tbsp. minced onion, fresh
1 tsp. salt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained well
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked macaroni rings
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Combine chicken, onion and salt. Refrigerate several hours. Add grapes, celery, oranges and rings. Toss lightly. Add salad dressing and refrigerate again. Just before serving fold in whipped cream (whipped). Sprinkle with almonds. Serves 8.
