MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. drained mandarin oranges
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked macaroni rings
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. whipped cream, whipped without sugar

Refrigerate chicken, onion and salt for several hours. Add remaining ingredients except whipped cream. Chill well. Add whipped cream just before serving. Serves 12.
