ARTICHOKES AND CHEESE | |
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & diced 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated 1 lg. tomato, diced Layer tomatoes, artichokes, cheeses in 8"x8" buttered pan. Microwave on medium heat until cheese is melted. Serve with Club crackers. |
