ARTICHOKES AND CHEESE 
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & diced
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 lg. tomato, diced

Layer tomatoes, artichokes, cheeses in 8"x8" buttered pan. Microwave on medium heat until cheese is melted. Serve with Club crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
