NO FAIL PIE CRUST 
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening

Stir together egg, cold water and vinegar. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and shortening. Make a well in center of flour mixture and add liquid ingredients. Mix together well. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1 month.
