SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. cooked squash
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 c. water chestnuts

Mix above ingredients together. Mix the following together: 2 sticks melted butter

Take half of stuffing mixture and put in casserole dish. Press down. Pour above mixture on top of stuffing mix. Sprinkle remainder of mix on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
