POLENTA 
4 1/4 qt. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 box Quaker's yellow corn meal

Bring water to lukewarm point. Slowly add corn meal, stirring with wire whisk. Bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring now and then. Pour into dishes. Add spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle with Romano cheese. Then let set for a few minutes.
