CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
4 tbsp. sugar
12 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. almond extract
1 lb. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 lb. butter (no substitutes)
2 chocolate cookie pie crusts

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Beat butter, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and extract together. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Mix with butter mixture. Fold into egg whites. Pour into pie crusts. Chill until firm. Garnish with mint leaf and 2 or 3 raspberries for each slice.
