CHICKEN CHEESE PUFF | |
1 (20 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple, drained 8 eggs, lightly beaten 3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies 2 c. diced, cooked chicken 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese Blend pineapple with next 8 ingredients. Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch shallow baking dish. Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
