MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
2 green onions, minced
1 med. onion, minced
2 c. fresh bread crumbs, 4 slices white bread
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. prepared white horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. catsup or tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, mix first 9 ingredients. Add 1/4 cup catsup or tomato sauce. In 13 x 9 inch baking pan, shape meat mixture into 10 x 5 inch loaf. Spread remaining catsup over top of loaf. Bake meatloaf 1 hour, approximately. Makes 8 main dish servings.
