MOCHA CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow basic bundt cake mix (Pillsbury)
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. soft butter/oil
2 1/8 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan. In large bowl, blend packet of cake mix, 2 teaspoons instant coffee and remaining ingredients until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool upright in pan on cooling rack 20 to 30 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Blend 1/8 teaspoon instant coffee, packet 2 (glaze mix) and 1 1/2 tablespoons warm water until smooth. Spoon over cooled cake. Store loosely covered.
