ONE EGG MOCHA CAKE 
1 lg. tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
Yolk of 1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 sq. chocolate

Cream together 1 large tablespoon butter (Crisco), 1 cup sugar, yolk of 1 egg, add 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 cup flour, 1 rounding teaspoon baking powder. Melt 2 squares chocolate and add beaten white of egg very stiff and fold in lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Butter size of large egg
3 tsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. hot coffee
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix together 8 x 8 inch pan.
