SWEET AND SOUR SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients until mixture is thoroughly combined. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes to blend flavors. Mix again just before serving. Yields 3/4 cup.

Serve with any green leafy salads.
