RHUBARB CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts

Cream together butter, sugar, salt and egg. Beat in soda and milk. Add the flour and rhubarb. Sprinkle with topping made of the brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan until testing done.
