SWEET POTATO SNOWBALLS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
10 marshmallows

Blend sugar, cinnamon and butter with mashed sweet potatoes until smooth and well blended. To form balls, firmly coat each marshmallows with potato mixture until well covered. Then roll each potato ball in coconut. Put balls in a buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows in center becomes slightly soft but not melted. Yield: 10 potato balls.
