2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
4 (4 oz.) envelopes Nestle Choco-Bake
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine sweetened condensed milk, Nestle Choco-Bake, water, vanilla, and salt over rapidly boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick enough to spread (about 15 minutes). Cool to room temperature (about 15 minutes). Frost cake.
