WINE COOKIES 
5 c. flour
1 c. white wine
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. anise seeds
1 tsp. vanilla

Put anise seed, wine, sugar, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Mix to dissolve sugar. Slowly add flour. Roll to desired shapes and dip top of cookies into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place slightly apart on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
