1 gallon apple juice
2 sticks cinnamon, broken
1 (33.8 oz.) ginger ale
1 tsp. whole cloves
3/4 c. cinnamon candies

Pour apple juice and ginger ale into a 30-cup electric percolator. Place spices and candy in percolator basket. Perk through complete cycle. Yield: 7 1/2 quarts.
