BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
STEP 1: Crush 2 cups cinnamon graham crackers, 1 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes. (Microwave at bake for 4 minutes.) STEP 2: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. soft butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat 20 minutes at medium speed. Spread over crust. STEP 3: Drain 1 large can crushed pineapple and pour over mixture. Slice 3 to 4 bananas over pineapple. Top with a large container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries. Chill 3 hours before serving. |
