BROKEN GLASS TORTE 
3 pkg. gelatin (assorted flavors)
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. hot pineapple juice
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve flavored gelatin each separately in 1 1/2 cups hot water and pour into 3 flat dishes to set. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add to hot pineapple juice; cool. Whip 2 cups heavy whipping cream, add the sugar and vanilla, add cooled pineapple juice mixture. Cut flavored gelatin into small pieces and fold carefully into cream mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust, sprinkle some crumbs on top. Let set 6-12 hours and serve.

Variation: Pan may be lined with slices of angel or sponge cake rather than graham cracker crust.
