MYRTLE'S SPECIAL WHITE FRUIT
CAKE
 
1 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
12 whole eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. each almond, vanilla & lemon extract
2 1/2 lbs. candied cherries, cut up
2 1/2 lbs. candied pineapple, cut up
2 1/2 lbs. (10 c.) pecans, cut up
6 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and extracts. In another bowl combine cut up fruits and pecans. Sift the flour over fruit and pecans. Add to the butter, sugar, egg and extract mixture. Put in tube pan and bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes or in 2 loaf pans for 2 hours.
