1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk

Bring water, cocoa, butter and Crisco to a boil. Set aside. Mix beaten eggs, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and buttermilk. Add to boiled batter. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until done.

Delicious. Especially when topped with boiled chocolate cake icing or MILKY WAY® icing.
