MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. light corn syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 10-12 c. popped popcorn Cook butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt for 2 1/2 minutes in microwave. Stir every 1/2 minutes. Mix in soda. Pour 1/2 mixture over popped popcorn and mix well. Pour remaining syrup over corn and mix well. Cool and store in covered container. |
