MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
10-12 c. popped popcorn

Cook butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt for 2 1/2 minutes in microwave. Stir every 1/2 minutes. Mix in soda. Pour 1/2 mixture over popped popcorn and mix well. Pour remaining syrup over corn and mix well. Cool and store in covered container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
