MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. corn syrup (white syrup)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4-6 qts. popped popcorn

Combine all ingredients except soda and popcorn. Bring to a boil in microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in soda. Put popcorn in a brown grocery bag and pour syrup over popcorn. Stir popcorn until evenly coated with syrup. Microwave bag of ingredients on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir mixture. Microwave another 1 1/2 minutes. Pour out on waxed paper to cool. Easy and delicious snack.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
